Services Provided: Engineering design

In 2006, the Town of New Castle commissioned ACS Design to provide architectural, structural and civil engineering services for the design of the Town’s new 1,675 square foot Town Hall facility in New Castle, Virginia. The building included a sizeable assembly hall, offices, storage room and bathrooms. The site was a small corner lot with significant drainage issues, but the final design provided a solution for these problems while maximizing the sites potential for parking and accessibility. ACS Design also provided construction management services throughout the construction process. The project was completed on time and has become a wonderful addition to the Town of New Castle.
